Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add pancake mix, eggs, and sugar (if using) to the bananas and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

For added flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips.
