Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 banana banana (smashed)
  • 3.4 oz package banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add mashed banana, pudding mix, and eggs; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
