Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add mashed banana, pudding mix, and eggs; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
