Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs eggs
Crumb Topping
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and melted butter to make the batter.
  3. Combine flour with the batter and pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter to make the crumb topping, then sprinkle over the batter.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

You can add chopped nuts to the crumb topping for extra crunch.
