- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and melted butter to make the batter.
- Combine flour with the batter and pour into the prepared pan.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter to make the crumb topping, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
You can add chopped nuts to the crumb topping for extra crunch.
