Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
Flour
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Sugars
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
Wet ingredients
  • 1 egg egg
  • 0.33 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk
Blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries if frozen, don’t thaw
Crumb Topping
  • 0.33 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas and mix wet ingredients.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and fold in blueberries.
  3. Mix wet and dry, then add blueberries.
  4. Prepare crumb topping by cutting in butter.
  5. Pour batter into pan, sprinkle topping, and bake at 350°F for 50-55 mins.
  6. Cool before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
