Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the batter.
