Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas about 1 cup mashed
  • 3 eggs large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Additional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
