Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in honey, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips before baking.
